🚚 Order Processing Times (POD Production)
All items are made-to-order to reduce waste and overproduction.
Typical production times are:
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats): 3–7 business days
- Drinkware & accessories: 2–5 business days
During peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, new product drops), production may extend an additional 2–5 business days.

Shipping times begin after production is complete.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Expedited options (if available): 2–5 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International (Outside U.S. & Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Some regions may experience longer transit times due to customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If you do not receive tracking after 7 business days, please contact us.

📦 Multiple Shipments
Because items are printed on demand and may come from different fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate packages even if placed together.
No extra shipping charge will apply.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer:
- We cannot refund shipping costs
- A reshipment fee may apply

🔄 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery
- We will open an investigation with the carrier
- Replacement items may be issued at our discretion
We do not guarantee replacements for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
